Before I open Figma, I audit what exists, dig into usage data, and talk to the people who use the product every day. By the time I sit with stakeholders, I already have a point of view — and I know how to back it up.

At AssessFirst, I design AI-powered HR tools that translate complex psychometric models and machine learning signals into interfaces that recruiters and managers can actually use. My work sits at the intersection of data science and human judgment.

On AI: I don't add it because it's possible. I add it where it removes a real burden. What stays human is the judgment, the nuance, and the final call.
